Drive Systems Integration Intern
As an intern on the Drive Systems Integration team, I continued work to adapt existing Firmware and Autopilot testing infrastructure to enable Hardware-in-the-loop testing on a chassis dyno vehicle. As part of this project, I created a framework for injecting vehicle faults using existing testing automation tools.I also developed tooling to match a vehicle VIN to compatible drive system components to aid in finding replacement parts for service. As part of this project, I created a library that can interact with internal Tesla APIs using various authentication schemes to pull vehicle data for a specified VIN. This data would then be matched to a generated compatibility table and displayed as an HTML table on a Flask webserver.
