Entering into the telecommunications world was both disparate and similar to my former life in design. While I had to learn a new technological language and discipline, I discovered two things that don't change from industry to industry. Good design comes from listening to the client, understanding their day to day functions and designing to encompass tomorrow's growth and needs. Today's technology is fast paced; converging voice, video and data into a single network.
