- Manages teams of sales leaders and consultants taking responsibility for practice results, including revenue, costs, sales, project delivery, and staffing.- Works to remove any operational/organizational barriers that may impede team success.- Attracts and hires team staff; manages integration of successful applicants; coaches teams to ensure professional development and corporate goals are met.- Develops and enhances implementation methodologies to ensure team operates using best practices and the most appropriate technology solutions.- Plans and executes corporate strategy as part of Executive Management teams. - Influences stakeholders to promote project initiation. - Works with sponsors and business owners to prepare and present business case, proposal and project documentation, and budgets to project stakeholders.- Develops and manages project plan and governance, timeline, work break-down, and budgets.- Manages communications and relationships between technical and business groups throughout all PMLC/SDLC phases.- Analyses and manages project risk including contingency planning. - Manages change both with the project and within the organization.- Represents company to media and at client-facing, supplier, peer, and community events.
