• Provide mentoring support to students by being their personal support agent and success coach;• Guide students to succeed academically, temporally, and spiritually;• Strength retention and increase persistence, matriculation, completion, and graduation rates;• Create student support tickets for BYU-Pathway Worldwide and monitor their progress when students encounter registration, technical, or other system challenges;• Increase self-reliance by setting student-led plans and goals and inspiring students to take faith-filled actions
