-Oversees development and monitoring of the human resources division budget. -Manages the development and implementation of Human Resources department, goals, policies for each function. -Plans, coordinates the Human Resources Department's work plan; assigns projects and program responsibilities; -Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations. -Develop and continue to improve people assessment tools to achieve high recruitment success rate; -Establish and maintain a competitive C & B system to ensure hiring, retaining and motivating the talents required for success of the business.

1. Responsible for project recruitment such as Campus recruitment, Vocation school recruitment, Dispatched operator recruitment 2. Responsible for Manager level position recruitment.3.Manage recruitment channel including development ,management, assessment, such as website, weibo, job fair, headhunter, campus 4.Manage EAP project including design, implement and assement 5.Policy set up, maintance and modification such as recruitment policy, C& B welfare policy, internal recruitment policy etc. 6.Responsible for company branding including Company Recruitment Open Day, Social Activity in campus, Sponsor and Sharing Course. 7.Company culture activities implemented and improvementAchievement: 1. 1. Manage all recruitment function. 2. Analyze and appraise the manpower demand, design and practice the recruitment plan. Select and evaluate appropriate recruitment channel such as campus, job fair, website, headhunter etc. 3. Design JD according to dept.O-chart, manage recruitment project,analysize recruitment channel, performance and process. 4. Key position recruitment including level, salary nego., reference check 5. Manage new comer and resign communication meeting,collect info, provide solution for dept. 6. Manage campus recruitment, enterprise-school cooperation project to backup future management talent, meet staff requirment of peak season . 7. Compile and submit the weekly /monthly/yearly reports base on evaluating recruiting result、budget、cost per person. 8. Market salary information collect and analysize regularly 9. ER & labor relationship management, assit entertainment activities, annual party preparation, Hongkong Marathon.

1、Informed, review and forecast human resource requirements, to advice and coordinate with some Dept Heads their needs for appropriating staffing, to ensure human resources meet the business requirement through visiting and talking with hiring manager and hr staff. 2、Responsible for the recruitment activities, including position description, screening, interview and select process, procure offer letter, come to contract, etc. 3、Writing the candidate search's report to make sure that employer would clearly know the detailed information about the potential candidates condition. 4、Contact the candidates to get the detail information about the interview with clients in order to know whether there is some information that the clients haven't provided to us but key to this position, so as to make an adjustment for our candidates' direction. 5、Coordinate with hiring mgr on interview, conducts pre-employment tests and reference checks
