As a Vice President and Consultant at The HACCP Consulting Group (HCG), I help food and beverage companies comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and implement effective Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems. I have been working in this role for over eleven years, and I have successfully completed multiple projects for clients across the U.S. and abroad.With a Master of Science in Environmental Science, BS in Biology/Chemistry, and two FSMA Lead Instructor certifications, I have a strong background in food safety and quality management. I have over 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including twelve (12) years as a Consultant at HCG and 24 years with the USFDA and USDA/FSIS.I am skilled in conducting quality audits, training staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. My mission is to help food and beverage companies achieve the highest standards of food safety and quality, and to protect public health and consumer trust.
