Must align pre-tender scopes of work and ensure all work to be done is being accounted for and meets project specific requirements. - Analyze and select sub-contractor/equipment supplier quotes based on scope of work, bill of materials (BOM) provided, pricing, lead times, and technical requirements. Negotiate with sub-contractors/equipment suppliers for best price available to gain edge in winning projects. Prepare pre-tender project budgeting and adjust throughout the tender process.- Responsible for preparing technical and pricing bid form required for ICI construction project tender submission including Request For Proposals (RFPs), and Request For Information (RFIs). Preparation of methodology, project scheduling based on lead times, identifying and mitigating project risks/risk management. Use my technical writing skills to score points based on project award criteria.- Attend all pre-bid site visits and meetings to properly understand the working conditions, requirements, and restrictions specific to each ICI construction project to develop a preliminary budget. Will document notes, photos, and videos as needed in order to compile a complete and thorough bid package for submission at closing date.- Experience with projects in the ranges between $300k - $4m and have been successful in winning the company upwards of $3m in new business since starting my role.

- Meet with vendors/key suppliers/wholesalers/manufacturers to manage and negotiate contract material pricing.
