• Liberty Global was the largest internet service provider outside of the U.S. with 60m customers, including Ziggo in the Netherlands. In this maternity cover role, I managed sustainability data collection and assurance.
• Expediting delivery of annual reporting for our Telenet business to satisfy the Belgian transposition of the EU Non-Financial Reporting Directive, as well as coordinating successful ‘limited’ assurance by KPMG.
• Management of the CR360 sustainability reporting system, including technical administration and troubleshooting, validating system outputs, the analysis of raw data exports and presentation of findings.
• Delivered and presented a whole-scale review and action plan to optimize sustainability reporting for better alignment with the business strategy, alongside efficiencies in data collection and analysis.

• Single-handedly managed the collection, analysis and external assurance of ESG performance data for re-designed data collection process or 50% reduction in data entry errors.

• UL provides the market-leading CR360 system for the collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability data. I managed client implementations for large corporates, specializing in carbon footprinting:
• Represented the company on stakeholder forums including the CBI Carbon Working Group and UK Government policy consultation exercises, including Mandatory Carbon Reporting.
• Transformed a compromised relationship with a high-value financial services client into endorsements for new business tenders, subsequently winning six-figure contracts for new business, including Nomura Group.
