Different testing tools are used which includes Doble and Omnicron. Constuction of new and retrofit substations all the way through to final commisioning has been accomplished numerous times. Working with other utilities including APS, SRP, PNM, WAPA, UNS and Southwest Transmission Cooperative have taken place. I have been serving as the Apprentice Instructor the last 5 years. Also I have been serving as fill in Team Leader for the last 4 years.
