    I troubleshoot and repair desktop computer problems.In my current role I am responsible for Help Desk call handling, and for Problem Management. I work to make sure that every caller gets answered in an acceptable amount of time and that they aren't kept on the phone for any more time then absolutely necessary. I also attempt to isolate patterns in the calls to find problems that can be fixed to permanently remove those issues from our environment.I also train and mentor fellow technicians to assist them in becoming better in their roles in supporting our employer.
