Assisted the Director of Recruiting in all aspects of operations, training, human resources, marketing, advertising, and logistical support while simultaneously directing daily operations for the organization. Implemented and enforced policies, tactics, techniques, and procedures to train and mentor 200+ front level employees towards successful task accomplishment and was named the top regional recruiting office in 2012. Developed self-development programs and led training of 40+ mid-level directors and managers to build, maintain, and resource high performing cohesive teams. Managed all personnel actions as well as enforced individual and organizational standards. Coordinated direct support, enforced quality control standards, and facilitated constructive conflict resolution for staff and six store front offices. Directed organizational sponsorship program that received, integrated and clarified initial expectations of new talent; reviewed systems then implemented Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and increase productivity. Placed and emphasis on using proper resources limiting fraud, waste and abuse. The Army’s culminating enlisted Professional Military Education (PME) institution. The U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) was founded in July 1972, and graduated its first students in 1973. Since that time, USASMA has graduated more than 120,000 Soldiers from various Noncommissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) courses, and continually adapts to meet the needs of our nation's defense. The Academy is headed by a three-star level nominative command sergeant major and is supported by a world-class staff and academic faculty.
