I have been actively involved in the marketing, structuring, underwriting, packaging, closing and servicing of all non-Express 7(a) loans, as well as the sale of the loans on the secondary market. Achieved four straight "substantially in compliance" audits during the last years of my tenure in that role. Earned premium income on sale of 7(a) SBA loans up to and including $1 million annually.

In charge of process through SBA approval, then sent loan to funding. Packaged 91 loans during tenure, and achieved performance bonuses a company-record 16 straight months.
