• Connect finance processes with operations to provide guidance, driving continuous improvement actions, and financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.• Responsible for accounting and financial operations, resources, reporting, internal control, IT, and cost analysis of products.• Analysis of financial statements, accounting processes, and performance metrics.• Preparing the budget and financial forecast, reporting variances, and triggering corrective actions.• Developing business processes and maintaining internal controls, A/P, A/R, treasury, payroll, tax calculation, inventory accounting, tax refunds (VAT) and managing staff.• Implemented most of the Internal Control on-site.
