I specialize in primarily the leasing and sale of warehouse and manufacturing buildings, and the sale and/or redevelopment of raw and under-utilized commercial and industrial land sites. I have been fortunate enough to be responsible for the sale and development of over 900 acres of land and lease or sale of over 4,000,000 square feet of buildings in Baltimore, Carroll, Charles, Howard, Talbot, and Washington Counties.
