Served as Naval Air Training and Operational Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Program Manager for all Navy H-60 Aircraft and sole Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF) squadron evaluator for all MH-60R squadrons in U.S. Navy. MH-60R Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) Instructor Pilot, Squadron Quality Assurance Officer and Assistant NATOPS Instructor for Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron Three (HS-3). As Senior Air Officer for Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) America (LHA-6), served as military lead on all construction activities of aviation facilities and capabilities aboard this first ship in class.
