Continue to support the Soarian Revenue Cycle application while also providing custom programming solutions across the organization.Implemented a MERN stack lab orders interface and monitoring solution. In a nutshell, it receives external lab order HL7, creates or uses existing MRNs, creates registrations, then uses found/created MRNs & ECDs to forward the order HL7 to our cerner EMR. MongoDB stores the order data, while various Node.js apps retrieve/send data to a React client via rest services and real-time socket.io updates from the replica set enabled MongoDB instance. Also tied into a MIRTH Connect install to allow real-time processing of orders.Implemented another MERN stack site - this one allows pharmacy employees at our new mail order service to verify our employees and directly enter/manage/track payroll deductions in our infor/lawson system. Security is handled with SAML via their ADFS. This required VPN work, DNS entries and SAML integration between companies. To support various MongoDB instances, I installed an internal mongodb ops manager server on centOS.Created a PHP/Oauth web service with a c# backend that allows programmatic/remote armband printing. Until this existed, armbands could only be printed from our Soarian product. The custom REST service allows printing from our Cerner EMR (via mPages) as well as our Acombina scheduling/workflow system that is used in the labor and delivery process.Helped in our effort to convert from Lawson to Oracle Cloud Fusion. Leveraging a lot of Oracle’s HCM web services, converted my pharmacy deduction portal to feed Oracle instead of Lawson. Also created an employee image upload program from our badge system.Created a MERN stack, Azure SAML secured portal for non-employed physicians to upload COVID-19 vaccination proof or enter exemption requests. Has a full admin/management area for our credentialing and HR staff.

Shifted teams from our Infor/Lawson ERP system to supporting our Soarian billing system and it's ancillary products (primarily the Document Management System).Provided knowledge transfer and hiring advice to backfill my ERP position. Continue to share and help when needed.Developed in Perl/Python a series of programs that reconcile documents between Cerner Millennium and Soarian Financials to monitor capture rates and percentages of various documents types as required by federal regulations.Developed in Perl a document creation program that leverages Soarian web services to generate PDF documents with annotations and place them in Cerner Millennium. Developed a full PHP/HTML5 interface for our prior physician billing system (GPMS) so it could be retired, thus saving support, licensing and hardware costs.Developed a PHP/HTML5 interface for the data from an acquired hospitals former “all-in-one” system, Medgenix. Required writing a C/ESQL program to convert an Informix database to MySQL on top of the web development.Developed a PHP/HTML5 portal for requesting and managing parking decals and violations for our Campus Police Department. Full admin area with status updates, predictive search and web service calls to Federal Vehicle database so there is no need for make/model management. Developed an IT department "message box" site that allows anonymous feedback. AJAX heavy for quick navigation and administration.Automated the addition of thousands of appointments in Soarian Scheduling in Perl, leveraging the web services suite available. This eliminated the manual entry of schedules from new physician practices and acquired hospitals.Developed the Navicent Health DUO 2FA portal - CENTOS7, Apache, MariaDB, PHP7, Drupal8 with a custom module for DUO self service.Installed an internal Git repository for development management. LDAP bound with usage limited via AD groups.

In this role I continued to support our ERP environment but also branched out to create several custom applications and internal websites for the organization. These include a PHP backed HTML5 (bootstrap/jquery) website for our United Way donations that is bound to our corporate AD and pushes deductions directly to our Infor/Lawson payroll system. I also created an internal mobile first website (PHP/bootstrap/jquery) to track non-salary expenditures on physicians in accordance with federal regulations. Includes a full admin section for reporting and auditing.Converted a mainframe auditing system from our MEDIPAC system to a website.Developed a Perl program to move and format EKG 'strips' from a round robin of printers to our Cerner Millennium system.Developed in Perl/Powershell a program that syncs local AD images to our Azure AD installation. Issue is Azure AD only consumes images upon account creation, not on update or image update.Continued to develop Infor/Lawson interfaces, including working with our cafeteria PoS system (Agilysys) to integrate payroll deduction.Worked with SunTrust to develop in Perl a fully automated interface for purchase card payments from our AP modules to their P-Card program.

Duties Include :Patch/Upgrade management of the entire ERP system (Lawson LSF v10, Infor Landmark, Smart Office, Sharepoint Ming.le, MSCM, EMSS, LBI Reporting, HTML5 Interface, ISS Security, DSSO Authentication, Perceptive ImageNow, etc).Customizations, enhancements, interfaces, reporting and scheduling solutions for Infor/Lawson ERP developed in perl, COBOL/4GL, Infor Process Automation, Java, HTML, JavaScript and AIX shell scripting.I use the tools that make sense for the solution : for automated inbound and outbound interfaces (payroll, AP, GL, HR & supply chain) to/from internal and external systems I've used perl and cron scheduling or Infor process automation when coming or going from our Landmark system. For payroll custom check printing or deduction interfaces to or from other systems like Soarian and Medipac I used COBOL/4GL so users could run them as integrated parts of Lawson LSF v10. For linking data to Perceptive ImageNow documents from the web based portal I've used Lawson Design Studio and for the same document linking from Smart Office I've used jscript.NET. I've customized Infor Landmark HTML5 employee space and the LSF employee space, fully integrating leave data from our API clocking system and added "save as PDF" functionality via JavaScript and HTML. I've used Infor Process Automation to automate the adding of security users based on daily new hire data.Development of internal and external programming solutions for other Navicent Health systems on an as-needed basis, including - automated recovery and structuring of over 8 million document images for the Cerner Clinical System; Desktop based Infor patch installer gui in Java; total development of an automated Perl based SOAP client to sync nursing data with Nursys; total development of HTML5 interface for former HR system; automatically sync corporate AD from Lawson HR via Perl.
