I'm a strategist who works with mid-career executives and professionals who want more fulfillment and control in their careers and lives. I bring a unique blend of experience in training, coaching, personal branding, and online identity. Using proven discovery methods, as well as my own finely-tuned perceptions, I help clients uncover their “brand DNA,” and then convey who they are in a way that allows them to truly stand out. I’m guided in all I do by a distinctive philosophy: it’s your life, own it! I place high value on helping clients achieve greater self-direction, because I’ve done it for myself. During my education, I typically found ways to pursue my own interests, so I was never locked into the standard curriculum. I’ve also been able to create my own career path as my own interests or external circumstances changed. I started in social work, but soon realized that corporate settings offered excellent opportunities to use my abilities to help people build successful careers. So, I transitioned into the business world, first into retail merchandising, and ultimately into a position as a professional development manager in corporate and investment banking. I loved this role; not only because I am a life-long learner, but also because it allowed me to share ideas and tools to support success for others.My career changed again after my third corporate restructuring. At that point, I saw career coaching as yet another vehicle to help others achieve success. As part of my development, I worked on my personal brand.
