Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Accountable for the leadership and direction of project deliverables and managing resources efficiently by analyzing the sales department quoted budget and determining teams appropriate work scope.- Managed about 3 concurrent projects from initiation to completion with budgets of approximately $500,000 each.- Organized and lead teams of about 10 by defining project goals, timelines, coordinating activities, monitoring milestones, and adjusting the plan when necessary to ensure timely completion of the project.- Coordinated engineering development across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and certification teams.- Facilitated negotiations between customers and Recaro to establish product deliverables based on desired outcomes, time, and budget constraints. Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Oversaw Configuration Control Management for the North America facility.- Established processes to control and manage information within the system, increasing the visibility of technical data transmittals between Recaro and Airbus or Boeing.- Increased economy and business class product data visibility to improve OEM ratings.- Collaborated with Germany Headquarters to establish the Configuration Management department organization.

- Managed engineering team for the Air New Zealand Skycoach product improvement project.- Engineered economy- class product improvements for Japan Airlines, Virgin America and Gulf Air.- Collaborated to implement an Airbus configuration management requirement. An MRB member with accountability for economy and business spare parts.- Created and implemented design changes.- Wrote Service Bulletins for retrofit and linefit projects.

-Liaison engineer with American Airlines, traveling to AA facilities to analyze how the Recaro product was performing in the field and relaying information for improvement needs to the appropriate department to implement changes.- Implemented product improvements for American Airlines B777, B767 and B757 business seats.- Provided technical assistance to American Airlines engineering and seat shop supervisors.- Negotiated costs and lead times with vendors for business class seat parts.

- Performed program management and crisis management for aerospace programs.- Developed world class products closely with internationally based vendors and partners.- Solved technical engineering, production, and communication issues of vendors and clients in Europe and South America.
