• Installed, built, tested, troubleshot, repaired, monitored and modified components, parts, equipment, and systems and their testing with little supervision contributing to an average of approximately 20% ahead of schedule installation times.• Performed preventative maintenance and calibration of over 100 systems and equipment ensuring higher availability of systems.• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions and procedures for assembling and testing equipment ensuring systems performed accurately and to the specifications required by the customer.• Fabricated, assembled and installed cables, equipment racks, or other equipment at field sites using materials already at the sites reducing shipping costs and travel costs.• Made sure to use standard test equipment and procedures to test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance.

• Installing, fabricating, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing aircraft and aerospace equipment going above standards within my area of expertise to produce high quality maintenance on a fleet of 12 large aircraft resulting in average mission capable rates of approximately 90%, well above the Air Force standard of achieving 70% mission capable rates.• Implemented new training techniques, to include the development of the training evolutions, and advising on all things related to the planning and execution of the training plan for up to 200 Reservists within one maintenance organization. • Assist in the development of the training schedule, as well as maintaining professional working relationships with the subordinate units to ensure the timely and accurate passage of information. • Supervised 2 technicians, to include training, assigning tasks, and working as a team to accomplish large, complex tasks. Resulting in well trained technicians who advanced their careers as a result of my mentoring.• Cross trained for temporary assignment as a Security Forces Augmentee to meet an urgent unit need, supporting local operations while many of the other team members were deployed at a high rate and extended tours.
