CurrentManage the overall IT business process structure to include implementing a process hierarchy that streamlines processes and eliminating redundancy. • Use SAP client software for in depth monitoring of in house factory production equipment.• Provide IT and process support for the manufacturing plant operations.• Use Virtual Network Computing for monitoring, security, and problem resolution for production.• Analyze Data Audits to determine usage of materials and quantities used to determine efficiency.• Document current business and IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement.• Use Active Directory to provide local network security in account administration.• Provide preventative care by avoiding system issues which could lead to production down time.• Use SAP for audits and to verify data integrity and monitor data errors and audits.• Use ticketing system to track and identify production issues.• Support and assist plant operators with real time technical issues.
