Chief, Defensive Cyber Operations Division (Dco-D)
CurrentServe as Chief, Defensive Cyberspace Operations - Division, Regional Cyber Center -CONUS (RCC-C).Responsibilities:• Implement technical/functional direction from the ARCYBER Commander.• Responsible for the execution of Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) daily operations and local administrative management.• Supervise civilian, military and contract employees performing a variety of CNO mission support functions.• Supervise and manage the technical analyses of vulnerabilities, log files, binaries, and information using various sensors and information sources during the course of a response to a computer security emergency.• Direct, track, and brief computer incident handling, vulnerability assessments, and limited data analysis for Area of Responsibility (AOR).• Provide coordination with the Information Warfare Operations Center (IWOC), Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), and, the RCC-CONUS on DCO activities, including dissemination of high-level organization economic reviews.• Ensure compliance with local and Army policies, guidance, and procedures pertaining to Information Operations (IO), including CNO, MACOM, and Army Regulations.• Participate in high-level inter-service/inter-agency working groups, meetings, committees, and government agencies to review CNO plans, programs, polices and doctrine.
