I have over 20 years of experience in software development, with multiple roles in every area from application software and website development to documentation to management. I excel at building high performing teams and producing high quality products. I particularly like working with customers (both internal and external) to help them define their actual needs, and then producing a result that precisely meets them. Having worked with many different technologies, programming languages, and management systems, I believe in using whichever tools and techniques are best for job, rather than trying to force one solution to fit every project.
