I doubt anyone has ever needed to look over Walter’s shoulder to make sure he is fully doing his job. His work ethic is impeccable. If anything, he has had to work at NOT getting engulfed by his work. He fully owns whatever he does vocationally. Here is the heart of it. Walter is a fine man. Rock solid. Tough and kind, will do what he says he will do and will finish what he starts. "
