Managed the timely production of custom pricing proposals of large-scale, consolidated telecommunication solutions for thousands of multi-location enterprise companies. Balanced business and customer needs by facilitating pricing model flexibility to assist sales in closing deals while maintaining profitability and providing potential clients with a detailed analysis of their true cost savings by our offerings. Coordinated pricing with billing, provisioning, sales, order entry, - Reduced expected 48-hour turnaround time to actual of 14 hours- Implemented workflow processes for adoption of Salesforce CRM system resulting in increased organization and data storage improvements-Developed reports for senior management displaying quantifiable measures of proposal activity and flagged items with questionable profitability for review and corrective action- Selected by the President as one of few employees for Leadership Development ProgramBuilt and maintained relationship with business partner that resulted in closing a sale of 1000+ lines at the highest margin at the time of proposal the company had closed in years.
