Projects Undertaken:2G/3G/4G Network Swap, Celcom, Malaysia - (May 2016 to Dec 2016)• RF Planning for 2G/3G/4G Swap for Klang Valley Region, Malaysia The main tasks involve daily planning activity;• Nominal network design, SAR site selection & evaluation of RF design before swap implementation.• Review/ Approval for technical site survey (designing the site with proper RF design in term of antenna type, height, tilting, azimuth & position, equipment type (Node B / RBS Type –RRU2217/RRUS12/RRU32, RBS6601), feeder length & type, cable routing, TRx configuration)/ TSSR evaluation. • Responsible to all radio related requirement such as shadowing affect, coverage blockage, coverage objective and interferers from other operator site.• Collection and analysis of LTE OSS statistics KPI data.• Daily statistical analysis and monitoring using ITK for Sabah region.• Produce daily & weekly statistic and analysis on worst cells based from counter data performance for Sabah Optimization.• Daily optimization on counter to meet basic 8 KPI items such as call setup success rate(CSSR), eRAB call drop rateDL traffic volume, UL traffic volume, Average User DL throughput, Traffic user, CSFB success rate & CSFB traffic.• Recommend network parameters for performance improvement on Celcom LTE network, to produce timing advanced analysis to verify and check cell propagation distance and propose tilting to operator (Celcom) if necessary.• Ensure drive test KPI is meet the requirement such as RSRP,SINR percentage, DCR, CSFB, inter & intra –RAT HO,UL/DL throughput during PAC/FAC stage.

Projects Undertaken:LTE optimization GABS Huawei – Maxis Northern Region, Malaysia - (Apr 2015 to Nov 2015)The process involve will be UAT(User Acceptance Test), SSV(Single Site Verification), PAC(Preliminary Acceptance Certificate) & FAC(Final Acceptance Certificate), drive test, data analysis & post processing , cell tuning, KPI achievement & report submission to customer.Job roles and Details of the task. • Represent Huawei for Maxis GABS project in Northern region for new site on air, Pre acceptance cluster(PAC)and Final Acceptance cluster (FAC) in Northern region which consists of more than 400 sites and will growing phase by phase.• Manipulation,collection and analysis of LTE OSS statistics KPI data.• Daily statistical analysis and monitoring using PRS for Northern region.• Daily discussion and feedback with client Maxis & Huawei on network KPI.• Produce daily & weekly statistic and analysis on worst cells based from counter data performance for Northern optimization, PAC & FAC optimization.• Daily optimization on counter to meet basic 8 KPI items such as call setup success rate(CSSR), eRAB call drop rate DL traffic volume, UL traffic volume, Average User DL throughput, Traffic user, CSFB success rate & CSFB traffic.• Daily proposed solution and justification for problematic sites.• Recommend network parameters for performance improvement on Maxis LTE network,to produce TA analysis to verify and check cell propagation distance and propose tilting to operator (Maxis) if necessary.• Ensure drive test KPI is meet the requirement such as RSRP,SINR percentage, DCR, CSFB, inter & intra –RAT HO,UL/DL throughput during PAC/FAC stage.• Prepare, execute new sites script CSFB neighbor & parameter.• Prepare consistency check for new sites & daily parameter for all sites in Northern region.• Weekly discussion & feedback with client Maxis & Huawei on network KPI for new sites,PAC & FAC.• Weekly discussion for PAC & FAC report for acceptance sign off.

Projects Undertaken:3G Network Rollout, Ooredoo, Yangon Myanmar - (Sept 2013 to March 2015)• RF Planning for 3G rollout for Region 3, Myanmar The main tasks involve daily planning activity;• Nominal network design, SAR site selection & evaluation of RF design before implementation.• Performing technical site survey (designing the site with proper RF design in term of antenna type, height, tilting, azimuth & position, equipment type (Node B / BTS Type – Supreme indoor, supreme outdoor, optima compact), feeder length & type, cable routing, TRx configuration)/ TSSR evaluation. • Responsible to all radio related requirement such as shadowing affect, coverage blockage, coverage objective and interferers from other operator site.• Preparing PES (Parameter Entry Sheet) for the RF parameter (RU40) for site that will be integrated. • Preparing neighbour relation (ADJx) and perform weekly neighbour consistency check.• Site Acceptance ( Approve the work completion certificate, WCC for final site for integration).

Projects Undertaken:2G/3G Radio Access Quality Network Optimization , DiGi Telecommunication, Malaysia.• The main tasks involve for daily radio access quality monitoring/optimization activity; • Cluster owner for monitoring of daily KPI counter and network statistics / trending for Klang Valley region(KV1 region –Shah Alam, Klang, Subang Jaya) for Non-PAC, PAC and FAC Cluster for D’Nemo project ( single RAN swap project from Huawei & Ericsson to ZTE equipments), Propose recommendation to achieve network KPI requirement and prepare the cluster PAC/Post PAC weekly report. Tools used include – EMS (ZTE OSS), Xeus( Planning &Opti tool), Nemo Outdoor/Nemo Analyzer (Data collection & Analysis tools), Access Macro (post processing statistics data from EMS)• Take care of highway improvement optimization (LDP,NPE & SPRINT&KERINCHI Highway). Preparing analysis report and propose recommendation for Highway project to improve network problem (DCR, CSSR, HOSR, etc)• Involve in NEO (Network Extensive Optimization) project. Preparing, monitoring, analysis and propose recommendation for azimuth standardization (Cell Shaping) Pilot Clusters ( preparation for frequency re-farming for LTE rollout).• Creation of network element(NE) for Digi network in Network Inventory Management System(NIMS)

South Korea

•LTE Optimization for LGU+ network , LG-Ericsson for Seoul, South Korea.-The details of the project with objectives. The project objectives is to optimized the LTE network for LG U+ project, Totally there were 3000 sites already rollout in the network. Each optimization engineer will take care and optimized the network based on cluster basis, one cluster consists of about 20 to 30 sites.The process involve will be site audit, drive test, data analysis & post processing , cell tuning, KPI achievement & report submission to customer.-Job roles and Details of the task. The job roles will be data analysis & post processing the data collected in certain cluster , physical site audit & cell tuning the parameter to achieve target KPI,Propose solution for KPI achievement, report submission to customer after all KPI passed.-The level of technology skills. The level of technology skills require the engineer to understand LTE technology in in term of how to do the data analysis by using specific analysis tools, i.e: Optis Analyzer, TEMS Discovery understand the signaling flow to identified where is the problem occur in the network & trouble shoot the problem in the network and proposed the solution to tune the cell in order to achieve the target KPI that set by the customer.-Expected level of achievements and results (outcomes)Expected level of achievement will be all targeted KPI for the cluster is passed. All the result will be send to the customer by preparing an optimization report for the particular cluster.

Projects Undertaken:3G Preliminary Phase 1 Telkomsel, Indonesia - (December 2005)• RF planning for Jakarta city.• Team supervisionThe main job function was to manage 9 team of Rf engineers to perform 3G site survey for 500 sites within 6 week time. The main tasks involve were to produce the day to day site survey schedule, review and evaluate the site survey report, monitor the survey progress and update the RF site database for the Jakarta region.• Technical site surveyTo identify antenna type, height, tilting, orientation & position, equipment type (Node B Type – Supreme indoor, supreme outdoor, optima compact), feeder length & type, cable routing configuration at the selected site and responsible to all radio related requirement such as shadowing (antenna to building edge), coverage blockage, coverage objective, feeder length and interferers from other operator site.• Preparing technical site survey report based on the information collected during the site survey such as site coordinates (latitude/longitude), Node B room type, Node B type, building/structure height, amsl, antenna type, antenna direction, antenna height, antenna electrical/mechanical tilt, cable length, cable type, structure type, mounting type, MHA utilization, photos(site photo ,panoramic photos, azimuth photos) and provide the necessary comment/recommendation or problem sighted during the site survey

•RF planning.-For pre-sales, was responsible for providing the RF plan for the network rollout and the technical write up for bidding submission. Often had to work under tight deliver schedules. Work involves preparation of initial RF Design based on design parameters in the RFP provided by the customers, preparation of RF Engineering inputs for tender response documents and customer briefing / presentation if required. Preparation of initial site counts and preparation of RF plots for the customer defined area as stated in the RFP by using the RF Design tool - ODYSSEYPost-Sale projects involved include: GSM1800 CP Orange - ALCATEL, Thailand - (November 2000 – April 2002)•RF planning.-The main job function was to manage a team of 3 engineers for Central region and built 150 sites according to the number of sites in each phase (phase 1A, phase 1B & phase 2).Main tasks involve were to produce the site area map, perform candidate search, review site acquisition report, provide the initial engineering acceptance (site ranking), perform the technical review, provide the final engineering acceptance (drawing verification and acceptance), sites audit (azimuth verification, antenna height confirmation, antenna tilting confirmation, etc), preliminary coverage acceptance test (drive test route preparation, coverage verification), monitor and update the regional active plan for the dedicated region assigned. -Maintaining of RF Site database (A955 planning tool) for Central region for customer verification and approval.

Joined the Cellular Planning Department as RF Design Engineer (Jan 1996). Mobikom was the 4th largest cellular operator which operates with 800 MHz band with AMPS technology. Tasks involve were to provide RF Design services that include RF Site survey and RF Site Design and maintaining of RF Site database for Mobikom network for Northern and Central regions of Malaysia.
