• RF Planning for 2G/3G/4G Swap for Klang Valley Region, Malaysia The main tasks involve daily planning activity;
• Nominal network design, SAR site selection & evaluation of RF design before swap implementation.
• Review/ Approval for technical site survey (designing the site with proper RF design in term of antenna type, height, tilting, azimuth & position, equipment type (Node B / RBS Type –RRU2217/RRUS12/RRU32, RBS6601).
• Responsible to all radio related requirement such as shadowing affect, coverage blockage, coverage objective and interferers from other operator site.
• Collection and analysis of LTE OSS statistics KPI data.

Malaysia

• Projects Undertaken:LTE optimization GABS Huawei – Maxis Northern Region, Malaysia - (Apr 2015 to Nov 2015)The process involve will be UAT(User Acceptance Test), SSV(Single Site Verification), PAC(Preliminary.
• Represent Huawei for Maxis GABS project in Northern region for new site on air, Pre acceptance cluster(PAC)and Final Acceptance cluster (FAC) in Northern region which consists of more than 400 sites and will growing.
• Manipulation,collection and analysis of LTE OSS statistics KPI data.
• Daily statistical analysis and monitoring using PRS for Northern region.
• Daily discussion and feedback with client Maxis & Huawei on network KPI.
• Produce daily & weekly statistic and analysis on worst cells based from counter data performance for Northern optimization, PAC & FAC optimization.

Myanmar

• Projects Undertaken:3G Network Rollout, Ooredoo, Yangon Myanmar - (Sept 2013 to March 2015)
• RF Planning for 3G rollout for Region 3, Myanmar The main tasks involve daily planning activity;
• Nominal network design, SAR site selection & evaluation of RF design before implementation.
• Performing technical site survey (designing the site with proper RF design in term of antenna type, height, tilting, azimuth & position, equipment type (Node B / BTS Type – Supreme indoor, supreme outdoor, optima.

• Preparing PES (Parameter Entry Sheet) for the RF parameter (RU40) for site that will be integrated.

• Projects Undertaken:2G/3G Radio Access Quality Network Optimization, DiGi Telecommunication, Malaysia.
• The main tasks involve for daily radio access quality monitoring/optimization activity;
• Cluster owner for monitoring of daily KPI counter and network statistics / trending for Klang Valley region(KV1 region –Shah Alam, Klang, Subang Jaya) for Non-PAC, PAC and FAC Cluster for D’Nemo project ( single RAN.
• Take care of highway improvement optimization (LDP,NPE & SPRINT&KERINCHI Highway). Preparing analysis report and propose recommendation for Highway project to improve network problem (DCR, CSSR, HOSR, etc)
• Involve in NEO (Network Extensive Optimization) project. Preparing, monitoring, analysis and propose recommendation for azimuth standardization (Cell Shaping) Pilot Clusters ( preparation for frequency re-farming for.

South Korea

• LTE Optimization for LGU+ network, LG-Ericsson for Seoul, South Korea.-The details of the project with objectives. The project objectives is to optimized the LTE network for LG U+ project, Totally there were 3000 sites.

Malaysia

The main tasks involve for daily optimization activity; -Fine tuning the network parameter after modernization work was completed to pass KPI requirement -Monitoring of alarm status, KPI counter and network statistics -Propose recommendation to achieve network KPI requirement and prepare the site acceptance report-Preparing analysis report for the site.

• Projects Undertaken:3G Preliminary Phase 1 Telkomsel, Indonesia - (December 2005)
• RF planning for Jakarta city.
• Team supervisionThe main job function was to manage 9 team of Rf engineers to perform 3G site survey for 500 sites within 6 week time. The main tasks involve were to produce the day to day site survey schedule, review.
• Technical site surveyTo identify antenna type, height, tilting, orientation & position, equipment type (Node B Type – Supreme indoor, supreme outdoor, optima compact), feeder length & type, cable routing configuration.
• Preparing technical site survey report based on the information collected during the site survey such as site coordinates (latitude/longitude), Node B room type, Node B type, building/structure height, amsl, antenna.
