- Liaise with internal and customer team on NPI project schedule.- Sustainable customer relationship, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction & retention in order to generate business growth.- Assist NPI Program Manager to lead project and operation to meet internal and external customer KPI target.- Conduct internal meeting, and also regular business review with customer.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.- Track project performance accordingly to the respective phase gates, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

- Owner of New Product Introduction (NPI) from start to end for new & sustaining project.- Sourcing the correct material as per drawing and advise the quantity according to customer order. Also liaise with SCM to procure all required tooling, jig / fixture to be used for the new products.- Setup BOM, routing & create WI for each of new product / project.- Manage the BOM [ECO/MCO] if any design changes from customer. Create DCN for any document changes.- Coordinate on first article [FA] / samples build until the new product is being made to the specifications required.- Working with vendors / suppliers for trial and evaluation of outsource process material.

- Execute NPI and engineering builds at wafer saw and die bond operation. - Setup, trial and buy off the machine parameter (wafer saw & die bond) for all engineering builds.- Troubleshoot the problems that occur at wafer saw & die bond process.- Prepare and update the relevant checklist such as die bond setup checklist and pre-production checklist before pass to production team.- Schedule and ensure that all relevant NPI documentation such as product and build requirements are correct before starting the assembly.
