1. Calculate Estimate Zero Fuel Weight( EZFW) for Malaysian Airlines flight 2 hours prior to schedule departure time.2. Prepare Loading Instruction Report to Ramp Officer during aircraft loading process.3. Evaluate aircraft weight and balance are within trim before and after fuel figure received from Pilot in-command.4. Send Notification-to-Captain (NOTOC) document which consist of special cargo such as dangerous goods item, perishables, live animals, human remains and risk items to Pilot in-command4. Prepare General Declaration consist of crew list on board for foreign carrier flight to be used for immigration clearance.5. Send final load sheet to Pilot in-command by using ACARS system.6. Communicate with Pilot in-command via VHF radio regarding load control issue and ground services.

Holding ramp agent position to perform aircraft handling activities such as baggage and cargo loading to aircraft. All loading follow safety precaution at all time and according to loading instruction reports to achieve on time performance.

Perform ground handling activity such as baggage and cargo loading prior to aircraft embark until disembark. All are done according to Loading Instruction Report and follow all the safety precaution. My latest position as ground equipment operator at main terminal building.
