- Analyze daily balance to determine whether fund should be place or rollover . Ensure optimal liquidity management. - Conduct bank reconciliation for foreign accounts . Ensuring accuracy and consistency - Prepare comprehensive monthly report for hedging activities , contributing for risk management strategies - Release payment locally and internationally , adhering to regulatory requirements and financial guideline.- Monitor staff loan deduction granted to employee ( housing loan , computer loan & car loan )- Prepare memo for amount that requires director apporoval- Participate in RBC project ( Risk base capital ). Contributing to the enhancement of the company capital adequacy.- Verify payment details made to client and financial institutions for investment purpose, guaranteeing accuracy and security in financial transactions .

- Perform accounting tasks AP and AR respectively on daily basis- Issuing invoice using Aeronet Software- Perform Bank Reconciliation every month end.- Prepare Management Account.-Preparing Statement of Account for each debtor (SOA)-Release payment locally and internationally by Telegraphic Transfer, cheque and EFT(Electronic Fund Transfer)- Make sure all invoices are paid to supplier in time in order to ensure aircraft serviceability ( 6 Contracts worth 352 million )- Manage and monitoring Revolving Credit Facility with SME Bank and PUNB worth RM 19.2 Million and RM 4 Million respectively- To prepare bank guarantee once receive contract from government within the given time- Discuss cash flow of the company with team leader or managing director once required

- Checking a GST code for clients- Apply grant for client eg: SME and MTDC - Employ foreign worker through ESD- Business consulting
