- Handling FCQ Quantom 8k8 Flip Attach.- Ensure machine capability and performance at the best condition.- Reduce machine downtime and increase productivity- Provide improvement plan and activity for machine and technician.- MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, MTTA improvement.

- Create recipe and programme for Die attach, Lid attach, Flip attach, Inspection system, Die Sort, Nutek, Thermal bond, Eutectic bond, NIKON and Xray application.- High proficient handling multi-platform machine (Datacon EVO, FCQ Quantom, DLA)- Handle Customer buyoff from local & oversea- Provide feasibility result for customer products.- Involve mechanical assy, calibration skills, electrical knowledge, good process knowledge for product, pneumatic, motors, indexing system, pick & place system, dispensing & process optimization, Eutectic & complicated high tech customize modules.- Provide engineering troubleshoot for electrical, structure and system for Datacon machine.- Provide machine training for Field Service Engineer, Techinician and operator to handle Datacon machine (Local and oversea)- Language = English & Bahasa Melayu

- Work in consultant Dept.- Job scope involve 3d analysis & simulation for RnD parts & moulding. Also responsible as official company Website designer & maintenance.- Familiar Software -->Catia, Solidwork, Geomagic, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.-Familiar Robotic arm handling ---> Vectron (Japan), Faro Arm & OTTO.- Language = Bahasa Melayu, English
