Coordinate and execute the development and implementation of the training program, for the ADT/Prelude application within Epic, for multiple hospital systems in multiple states. Coordinated all daily operations of the Registration and Financial Account departments. Led team members in performing all technical activities in preparation for patient to receive services and prepare patient accounts for billing. Responsibilities included: preregistration, registration, insurance eligibility, verification, precertification and authorization in accordance with all appropriate federal, state and payer regulations. Ensured timely and accurate patient information flow. Served as the Point of Service team expert and resource to facilitate all aspects of registration and financial counseling functions for patients prior to and during their hospitalization. Organized and delivered technical application training and customer service training to Patient Access team members, as well as team members from other departments.
