Directly report to Senior Leadership and Business Partners. Ensure a seamless implementation of new Logos and the on-boarding and alignment of SIUA Resources in accordance with each customer’s Statement of Work (SOW). Provides consultative support to business partners across all areas of Information Technology (IT) to ensure project support and delivery. Primarily responsibility for all client engagements outside of sales. (Responsible for Client Relationship Management at client location for Delivery Management Team.) Communicates and shares the SIUA vision across each client vertical. Ensure each Associate’s adherence to processes and performance metrics. Responsible for program revenue and billing, as well as the direct management for up to 300+ UST-Global Junior Associates trained as Java Developers, Quality Assurance Testers and Business Analyst technologist. Mentors, and coaches the Associate through the successful completion of the SIUA program. Recommends and implements process improvements opportunities. Travels 100%. Show less
