Manage administrative duties of projects from design development to closeout. Work closely with project managers, architects, owners, State Construction Office and general contractors. During Design Phases, I handle Specifications, Cost Opinions, SCO Comments Responses, Bid Advertisements, Bid Packages, Proposal Packages/Contracts and Meeting Minutes. During the Construction Phase, I handle Construction Contracts, Notice to Proceed Letters, Pre-Construction Meeting Minutes, Weekly/Monthly Meeting Minutes, Field Reports, Submittals, RFIs, Pay Applications and Change Orders. Closeout of projects is the final 5% of work needed for final payment to General Contractor and Salas O'Brien. This includes test results, Operation & Maintenance manuals, As-built drawings, Beneficial Occupancy Booklets and Record Drawings. Software applications used include Newforma, ProCore, ViewPoint, Sharefile, FTP sites and other systems for downloading & uploaded large amounts of data. Microsoft 365 and Excel are used daily.

Our Raleigh office has the same local leadership and local team.Previous Duties: Meeting minutes, field reports, submittals, pay applications, change orders, closeout of projects, phones, requests for information. Use Newforma system for tracking of submittals and RFIs. Stay in contact via phone & email with architects and general contractors. Also, basic knowledge of other systems such as ProLog, ShareFile, and FTP sites. Use Microsoft Word and Excel on daily basis.
