Wanda has worked within the healthcare industry for approximately 16 years as a registered nurse, in frontline, management and compliance roles. During this time Wanda has worked in a variety of geographical locations, both metropolitan and rural and remote areas, including Sydney, Katherine, Northern Territory and the Hunter Valley, New South Wales.After 10 years in the Acute Care Setting, Wanda transitioned into Aged Care, working in Management and Quality roles. Wanda has experience in paedatrics, mental health and high intensity supports.Wanda is a certified lead auditor for NDIS and works actively with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and SAI Global. Wanda is the Principal Consultant - NDIS for Compliance Council. As a current auditor and her nursing background Wanda has extensive hands on experience and has her "ear to the ground" and is acutely aware of the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the practical application to providers.
