First employee to answer our phone and take care of customer requests, i.e. service call, check on parts order, get vendors to parts manager and transfer customers to correct location. Assist our walk in customers with payments, plans, etc. , enter service calls, take payments by credit card via phone and in person and take cash payments, scan paperwork to attach to all our customer accounts, sell maintenance agreements via phone-yearly sales amount $30,000.00, help maintenance coordinator schedule appointments for maintenance customers service inspections for 6-8 technicians daily. Assist in faxing and emailing quotes to companies and customers for approval. Assist accounting manager when needed with paperwork. Type quotes for Glen Jackson, Ben Jackson and Service Manager when needed. Assist Accounts Receivable with folding and mailing monthly statements and maintenance renewals. Fill in for Sales Coordinator in her absence and schedule three salesmen appointments for new system quotes, take payments from walk in customers and disperse calls to service department, sales department, accounting department and owners. At present time, I work part-time from home, answering the phone from 5:00-8:00 & weekends 8:00-4 on Saturdays and 8:00-12:00 on Sundays. I also help out during the week when it is needed.

Answered 12 phone lines, transferred calls, took messages and managed 57 extensions. Typed letters for the President of the company. Helped walk in customers/applicants, assisted in accounts payable. Open and distributed the mail daily.

Responsible for purchasing all materials for the plant and office. One of three ladies in purchasing department. Ordered office supplies and kept organized for office & plant usage. Ordered chemicals needed for plant as well.
