Leads a team of logistics analysts in the use of advanced data mining techniques and analysis to provide timely and accurate information to Department of the Army G4 (DAG4) to support senior leader decision-making processes affecting Army Supply Chain management. Structure and plan problem approaches and manage day-to-day project work requirements, resources, and schedules to satisfy customer and contract requirements and financial objectives. Develops automated functional business rules for logistics information reports and dashboards. Works closely with technical staff to provide direct and immediate functional analysis, overview, testing for the creation of Oracle Business Intelligence Dashboards. Applies functional knowledge for evaluation of existing or proposed solutions and for execution of project functional requirements. Provides functional team leadership for the development, testing and implementation of dashboard and reporting solutions. Provides functional expertise and support across multiple projects. Served as project manager responsible for an effort to provide supply and maintenance status of Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Weapons Systems worldwide. As a member of the Advanced Analytics team, support forward analysts and customers in Department of the Army G4 (DAG4), Communications Electronics Command (CECOM), Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM), and in Southwest Asia (SWA). Served as lead analyst on the Command Logistics Review Program (CLRP) project to the Department of the Army G4 (DAG4). Assisted with the initial development of a searchable repository where logistics professionals could share lessons learned. Participates in CALIBRE’s Continuous Process Improvement initiative as a corporate auditor. As an auditor, I promote the idea of sound project management with an emphasis on quality, repeatable processes, planning and accountability. Mentors and coaches project managers of varying experience levels.

Responsible for the Department of the Army level management of training requirements, programmed requirements, and changes resulting from new doctrine, organizational updates, or equipment modernization to Army National Guard force structure. Accomplishments: Coordinates with Headquarters Department of the Army staff, First Army, Forces Command, and State POTO/G3/J3/RTI for the distribution and fielding of new training requirements into the Army National Guard. Identify Pay and Allowance funding requirements for Pre-mobilization training personnel at the state/territory and national level. Developed, executed, and managed budgets, programs and strategies to capture Army National Guard unique costs; develops and maintains funding models for assigned Training personnel. Coordinated with First Army and States on Operation Warrior Trainer (OWT). Facilitated enhancement of the program as a source for qualified Training Assistors for placement in Pre Mobilization Support Battalions.
