Structure and plan problem approaches and manage day-to-day project work requirements, resources, and schedules to satisfy customer and contract requirements and financial objectives. Develops automated functional business rules for logistics information reports and dashboards. Works closely with technical staff to provide direct and immediate functional analysis, overview, testing for the creation of Oracle Business Intelligence Dashboards. Accomplishments: Coordinates with Headquarters Department of the Army staff, First Army, Forces Command, and State POTO/G3/J3/RTI for the distribution and fielding of new training requirements into the Army National Guard. Identify Pay and Allowance funding requirements for Pre-mobilization training personnel at the state/territory and national level.
