Leisure consultant met een brede internationale commerciële ervaring bij de Nederlandse marktleider in de bungalowmarkt en in hotellerie en toerisme. Mijn ambitie is om vakantieparken attractief, onderscheidend en bijzonder te maken, zodat parken “smoel” krijgen en gaan uitblinken. Met als doel hogere bezettingen, tevreden gasten en een beter resultaat.In de afgelopen twintig jaar heb ik internationaal bij tientallen parken succesvol bijgedragen aan meer commercieel succes. Bij nieuwe projecten door het maken van een commerciële beoordeling van de locatie en het ontwerpen van een toekomstbestendig plan, met de juiste positionering, doelgroepen, facilteiten en accommodatiedifferentiatie. Bij bestaande parken door factbased te analyseren, verbeterplannen te maken en vaak anders te positioneren, de strategie te formuleren of aan te passen en te investeren in onderscheidend en gastgericht aanbod. Ik werk graag met passie en bevlogenheid, om te ontdekken waar ontwikkelingen mogelijk zijn.
