· Work with colleagues in China and India on the HSBC Trading Risk systems (Including WAS systems, Windows Server 2008-2016, ORACLE 11i – 12c, MS SQL2008 R2 – 2016 database systems etc.). Perform monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning and supporting for the systems.· Upgrade and deploy the systems according to the company’s strict policy requirements. Work with development team to perform the customized update and maintenance on the internal systems.· Based on the company’s needs and development direction, actively learn technology of Cloud Service and understand how to operation and maintenance on cloud platform.

· Lead the digital development team to design a complete system architecture for the digital networking walkie-talkie project. Establish the technial standards and develop change procedures and security policy, backup rules etc. for the system. Create testing list and conduct performance tests to improve the mobile APPs. And provide the regularly reports to the company’s directors on schedule and estimated time to market.· Responsible for positioning, pricing, pre-launch training, photography and videography of the products. Contribute to the successful launch of NITECORE BP20 backpack (rated as the best 20L backpack by Tactical Magazine in Germany), NTC10 case, and the NEB10/20 shoulder bags.· Gather market demand with good understand of customers’ requirements and the market trend for product design on other electronic / digital products， specific functional tests (such as VCL10 multi-function car charger, single electric bicycle lamp, smart camera battery, etc.) to find out the product problems and propose perfect solutions. A low-cost solution to a rigid demand for the company's APP-Nnergy etc.· Manage sourcing, product development and production with Source and manage suppliers concerning product development, production, and improvement, delivery timetable as well as budget control. · Responsible for the team to guide & work with the 3rd party Web Developer to create the new website.· Define the roles for ERP system maintenance.· Provide IT supporting to end users, including computer, software, cabling, anti-virus clients supporting and trouble-shooting and manage security risks.

· Create and manage all AVON databases with knowledge of Oracle 9 – 11i & MS SQL2012, MSSQL2008 R2, DB2, MYSQL etc.; Work with global team for DB monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning & supporting. (Supporting mode: Follow the sun)· Build up and deploy systems and projects for database site. Direct and work with SoftStone on application / ERP system deployment project (GOMAC, WEBE, AXAPTA etc.) · Engaged in internal and external auditing work with auditors; Contribute to multiple audit tasks’ completion.
