My philosophy senior thesis considers how Asian American racialization reveals a new mode of epistemic injustice, which I term "indirect testimonial injustice." The model minority myth embodies a set of credibility excesses that harms Asian Americans qua epistemic subjects and presents a new opportunity to develop a formal theory of systematic testimonial injustice. Overall, I'm interested in how philosophy can be used to improve our modern understanding of race, gender, and class.For the completion of a computer science certificate (minor), I’ve produced multiple projects and web applications that address specific issues by applying my knowledge on distributed databases, concurrency, data structures and algorithms, data science, and dynamic memory management. Currently, I am studying neural networks, large language models, and computer vision. I have two years of experience working with Python, Java, Go, C, HTML/CSS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
