Northern District Manager
CurrentMajor responsibilities and achievements: -Draw up Northern region marketing strategy based on company’s current marketing position and competitors’. Map out north region marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis, has in-depth knowledge of customer needs from auto, railway, electronics, machinery, packaging,military,industrial automation fields, provide most suitable illumination solution. -Join part in industrial illumination sales distribution construction, manage, evaluate, develop and train dealers by way of dealership development plan and a set of metrics. -Despite regional industrial illumination market share is comparably lower than competitors, map out sales promotion plan and after-sales activities, develop new big customers; with high-density, multi-channel illumination promotion scheme, build up Waldmann brand recognition and awareness. -Coordinate various departments within company, such as operation, production, logistics, quality assurance, etc. Join hands with engineering department closely, devise product/solution combination to fulfill customers’ needs, build up products’ added-value, improve customers’ satisfaction, ensure customer and Waldmann’s strategic partnership in the end.Important customer list:GROB、Mazak、Dalian Gona、YIDA、Dalian Haosen、QCMTT、Tianduan、SINOMRCH、AVIC、CRRC、Benz、Volkswagen、VOLVO、SIEMENS、Banknote、ROLEX、Bystronic、AE、BMHRI、RIAMB、Gebo&Cermex、JD、CRSC、Novo Nordisk、Bosch Rexroth、ZF、Schaeffler , etc.
