Example: Engaged with public to get first hand news such as My investigative news article on the shortage of beds in MAEPS PKRC (The Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Covid-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Center) due to the flooding of Covid-19 patients on 1 July 2021 night achieved huge public attention.
