Key Responsibilities:•Responsible for the operations of Malaysia’s transport market, the value of operations handled is exceeded € 60 million.•Apply strong management skills in all project stages (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closure) and change management processes to ensure the overall program goals are met.•Ensure projects are delivered within their approved scope, quality, and timeline.•Manage program risks and devise solutions to complex problems together with internal and external stakeholders, implementing them in line with change control processes.•Build constructive relationships with different functional units within the organization. Leading and supporting the teams to achieve increased performance.•Headed negotiations with the Supply Chain, achieving the Program’s financial goals.•Prepare annual operational goals using short and long-term analysis, including both tactical and strategic business plans for APAC.•Lead the implementation of Industrial Collaboration Programs (ICP) with Government Agency.•Identify new business opportunities, participate in bidding. Review and approve proposals/offers and work closely with legal and contract departments to review tender risks, workarounds and mitigation strategies.•Apply Government and internal organization’s policies on ethics and compliances in all selling & customer management activities.
