Cluborate is a nonprofit registered federally in Canada that aims to build an international youth network connecting youth nonprofit leaders and members to inspire collaboration and greater change. I founded Cluborate after noticing a disconnection between different clubs in the nonprofit community. Hosting events and activities to make nonprofit opportunities more accessible to youth around the world and bring more collaborations within it, Cluborate grew to include 2 school chapters, 1 regional team, 50+ nonprofits registered as a member of the community in 6 countries, and 170+ active discord community members.

SEED Club is a network of high school students all over the world who have passions for business and sustainability. Joining as the Design & Social Media Director in 2020 and taking on the larger role, the Vice Chair, this year, SEED Club allowed me to explore the sustainability and business sector of the youth nonprofit community. As the Vice Chair, I directed external affairs (social media, outreach, and marketing).SEED Club operates internationally and seeks to promote its mission through webinars, podcasts, social media info posters and collaborative events. Our 1st annual pitch competition SEEDing Challenge brought together 26 participating teams from 5 countries in the summer of 2021.

As the Director of Finance I wrote partnership agreements and emails, managed budget plans, coordinated insurance contract, drafted financial statement and monitored transactions.

At the start of my term at Youth Initiative Vancouver, the new executive together initiated Peer Tutoring program that eventually ran over 130 classes per week, supporting k-Gr 5 children during the pandemic.As the Human Resource Manager, I interviewed more than 100 volunteers and coordinated for 250+ class scheduling. The experience also offered me the opportunity to trained volunteers, test the program by being a tutor for one season and coordinate with parents.
