• Contribution of exhibition hallo Carry out each affair of the project as required;o Collect data form related bureau and corporations;o Define the standard of this project by communicate with related leaders;o Make sure the design meet our requirement and be completed in time by coordinate with Part B;o Arrange report meeting, collect the leaders’ advice and feed back to Part B.• Reception Worko Support the Vice President carrying out all kinds of reception work; o Work out Schedules for reception and write necessary articles ;o Keep contact with visitors and related leaders to make sure each one knows the schedule;o Successfully accomplish reception work by getting the support of related bureau.• Paperworko write many kinds of articles as requested;o Compile Year-book of Administrative Committee.

• Build up target list of candidates and take cold call search;• Collect and screen candidates’CV, updating the data pool of CVs;• Select candidates by telephone interview and submit potential candidates to Consultant;• Follow up with candidates to make sure the all the information be transferred in time;• Arrange interview;• Make candidates' reports exact and timely;• Related industry Logistic/FMCG/Finance Service, etc.
