I did survey on Chinese Photovoltaic Industry, consultantion service, organization of Photovoltaic Industry Development Forum in Beijing, Jinzhou, Anyang, Hohhut etc.

I was responsible for the planning of photovoltaic projects in China, communicating with local governments for projects approving, estimating projects cost accordance with the technical specifications and components cost.

• Deal with subsidy supporting to Chinese photovoltaic industry; make sure the subsidized products meet the project standard. • Responsible for establishing, organizing and ensuring Photovoltaic Market Development activities• Direct and oversee the GEF grant verification activities, the program support and institutional strengthening activities and monitoring the photovoltaic product quality in China

Take charge of the company facilities management: production equipment, telephone system, power supply, water supply, air compressor system and new equipment installation; Company building maintenance; Reconstruction and renovation activities; Safeguard, fire protecting, labor security; Purchasing spare parts and daily demand; Keep good relationship with local government and JV-partner
