As a former member of AirAsia Group Sustainability, my focus was on the Environmental and Social Sustainability pillars, with a particular emphasis on the perspective of all 7 airlines within the group. I provided support to the Regional Head in executing the company's group-wide sustainability initiatives.KEY PROJECTS IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL PILLAR: • Produced the first GreenHouse gas emission report of AirAsia in 2016• Created the first resource consumption dashboard• Started recycling program in AirAsia's HQs and flights inbound KLIA2.• Phased out plastic straws and created staff incentive in reducing single-use plastics• Spearheaded various environmental conservation awareness-building events• Internal social media sustainability content producer (2 yr, 2017-2018)• Honoured to be the ambassador of ‘Sustainability Spirit’ - one of the AirAsia employee’s core valuesKEY PROJECTS IN THE SOCIAL PILLAR: • Led execution of community-based tourism (CBT) projects in Malaysia and Indonesia• Led production of an aircraft livery in support of the government's Save Our Malayan Tiger CampaignOTHER ACHIEVEMENT:• Part of the working team took part in DJSI for the first time in 2019 and despite competing with full-cost airline, AirAsia ranked top 10 in the airline industry, and is the first low-cost courier as well as the only ASEAN airline in the top 10, also the best scorer in Malaysia.

Project: Community-based rehabilitation of Raja Musa Forest Reserve, Selangor.This study intends to explore the importance of peatland swamp forests to villagers and how community-based approach can help to rehabilitate degraded PSF.
