Prime responsibility of Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating & leading all maintenance/SD activities related to assigned Plants with their execution in an organized and cost-effective manner. Liaise with Materials & Services to ensure timely availability of required materials & services.• Understanding & development of a clear scope from the maintenance notification created by operation. • Create complete & workable breakdown of the scope in form of task list in liaise with inspection & operation & maintenance departments.• Identify the Material requirements for the job & arrange the material through internal/external sources. • Identify the external services required based on the job scope & arrange the services through internal /external sources. • Identification & arrangement of Internal / external labor based on the job requirements. • Planning of TA work orders to be executed during TA. Support TA department as TA planning engineer• as per requirement / management instructions.• Reviewing technical & commercial proposals from external vendor, clarification of technical queries, conduct negotiations related to cost & scope of work• Create purchase requisitions for initial procurement, mention instructions for vendor & technical evaluation of bids related to direct & capital procurement• Review requirements for spare parts, and equipment, advise on stock levels and material descriptions, and provide suggestions for alternatives or interchangeability of parts• Work with the work originator to help with advance troubleshooting• Work with operations to support start up procedures, maintaining equipment & troubleshooting• Support Reliability engineer for addressing repairs for long term reliability.

Liaise with Materials & Services to ensure timely availability of required materials & services.• Discuss project scope & objectives with the planner to help him plan the project, keeping in mind the client’s requirements & project feasibility.• Develop project objectives by reviewing project plan by conferring with management.• Develop a perfect co-ordination between Quality, Planning team & management.• Determine project specifications by studying Scope of work, product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.• Follow up with the procurement for the materials according to plan & provide technical support to them regarding the project as needed.• Troubleshoot the problems during execution phase by consulting with the client & the management.• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, reviewing bids from sub-contractors.• Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor.• Review the project status report as per the plan & arrange the resources accordingly.• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with Quality Standards & and state regulations.
