Oversees and operates the electric distribution system in the most effective way possible to provide the highest level of service to customers; investigating ways to improve system reliability and efficiency. Develop and implement divisional goals, objectives, policies, procedures and metrics. Plan, organize and direct Electric Operations activities including line, field service, substation, construction, maintenance and metering.
