o Schedule call back request from non-customers registered on the website.o Following up with the customers & Regional office to get the service delivered at the earliest.o Handling Non-voice communication through Faxes & Emailso Resolving customer complaints & dealing with their concernso Coordinating with other departments & on field sales agents to organize customer needs & escalating relevant issues to higher management for further actiono Troubles shoot & provide technical support to the customers.o Ensure appropriate action is taken on customer request or concern on the first call.o Providing necessary training to the new batch( back office CSR )o Guiding CSR’s on floor during difficulties with customers.o Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions.o Assuring that the customers are satisfied by providing them with their necessities in a short span of time.
