What do you want to achieve with the change? The answer to this question stems from the company's vision or mission. From this vision, you can outline the stepsโor 'stations'โthrough which you want to realize the vision. You won't reach this goal all at once, and you can't predict how the world will evolve as you're on your way. Once you've reached a station, look around againโthis is known as a 'strategic reorientation.' What next? These stations are translated into so-called 'future states': a description of how the processes should function at that point and what value (for the customer) they should deliver. In other words, what challenges have been solved and how do your products or services deliver value to the customer?๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐, ๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐นItโs your organization. You know better than anyone how everything works and what does or doesnโt work. My approach is designed to eventually make myself redundant. Itโs not desirable to remain dependent on an external party. I can stand beside you: sometimes as a trainer to show you how itโs done, sometimes as a coach to work on it together, and if necessary, I can temporarily take work off your hands on a project basis.
