The foundation for this is the Lean and Six Sigma methodology. Lean and Six Sigma are more than just methods to improve your processes. Of course, that's how they built their reputation. What do you want to achieve with the change? The answer to this question stems from the company's vision or mission. From this vision, you can outline the stepsโ€”or 'stations'โ€”through which you want to realize the vision. You won't reach this goal all at once, and you can't predict how the world will evolve as you're on your way. Once you've reached a station, look around againโ€”this is known as a 'strategic reorientation.' What next? These stations are translated into so-called 'future states': a description of how the processes should function at that point and what value (for the customer) they should deliver. In other words, what challenges have been solved and how do your products or services deliver value to the customer?๐—œ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚, ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—นItโ€™s your organization.
