Lean Six Sigma Group is a team of specialists with extensive experience in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma. We are ready to help you with implementation, coaching and training in methodology. Our trainings are at unique training locations, practice-oriented, personal and with an open atmosphere. Lean Six Sigma Group was founded on the ideal of making the Netherlands a bit more beautiful. We are specialists in getting changes working and in continuous improvement. We often use Lean and Six Sigma, but also other techniques that have to do with change, such as: Lean operational management and Scrum / Agile, Leadership team development and project and program management. We guide where necessary; from training to coaching and implementation, everything is tailor-made to make it really work. We provide training in Lean and Six Sigma, such as a Lean Six Sgima Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, but also in Scrum and Agile. For us, this is only of added value if the approach is result-oriented and people-oriented. Our trainers and specialists are experienced and certified specialists in the field of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Change Management and Continuous Improvement. They stand with both feet in practice and know how to make a connection between theory and daily application. Students experience our approach as energetic, fresh, personal and pleasant. And we experience it just like that! A number of times a year we organize Leanspiratie meetings. During these meetings (former) participants of our training share their experience with their own Lean Six Sigma trajectories and there is a possibility to network.
